Order Processing
We deliver worldwide. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 21:00 (CET) are dispatched the same business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email including your Track & Trace link.
Standard & Express Shipping
We offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Express Shipping is available for selected destinations and can be selected during checkout. Please find our shipping rates and estimated delivery times below.

Customs & Import Duties (DDP)
For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, United States and Switzerland), Seabass covers all import duties and customs charges (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not face any unexpected customs fees upon delivery.

We offer free 30-day returns across all destinations via our official Seabass Returns Portal.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email including your Track & Trace link, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.
